Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Procedure

- Depending on the case, we may refund you without the product being returned or provide you with appropriate instructions.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Photos or a video will be requested as proof before any processing. Mon Petit Bébé reserves the right to refuse any refund in case of observed abuse.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
European Legal Delay
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days to cancel your order without justification.
